Little about me & my journey
Location: Melbourne, Victoria
Education: Masters of Counselling Practices - 2024 | Masters of Education (Secondary) -2018 | Bachelor of Visual Art (Specialization) - 2015
Hello, I'm Priscilla.
I’m a dedicated and compassionate counsellor with a Master’s degree in Counselling from Tabor College Adelaide. I have experience supporting individuals facing anxiety, burnout, depression, personal development challenges, and stress. I also work as a Mental Health Practitioner in a middle school setting, providing emotional and psychological support to young people.
My journey into counselling began during high school and deepened through my work as an educator, alongside my own health experiences. With a background in Visual Art (Bachelor of Visual Art) and Education (Master of Education), I’m passionate about the connection between mental health, creativity, and overall well-being.
My approach is client-centred and flexible, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centred Therapy. I create a safe, supportive space where individuals can explore their concerns and move toward healing and growth.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, managing stress, coping with burnout, or working through personal development, I am here to walk alongside you. Together, we can build resilience, foster self-awareness, and create positive change.
If you're ready to take the next step toward emotional well-being, I invite you to reach out. I look forward to supporting you on your journey.
